INGREDIENTS
1 quart fresh black raspberries 1 1/2 cup sugar 1/3 cup flour 1 tsp lemon juice Pastry for a two-crust 9inch pie |

DIRECTIONS |
|
Combine berries, sugar, flour, and lemon juice in a saucepan and cook until thick. Pour into unbaked pastry-lined pie plate. Top with second pastry. Seal and flute edges. Cut slits in top layer of crust and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees F until golden brown, approximately 35-45 minutes.
