INGREDIENTS
Filling: 4 cups sliced, peeled pears 1/3 cup sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1 cup sour cream 1/2 tsp. EACH vanilla, lemon and almond extracts 1 (9-in.) unbaked pie crust Topping: 1/4 c. flour 2 tbsp. packed brown sugar 2 tbsp. butter, softened |

DIRECTIONS |

In medium bowl, toss sliced pears with sugar and flour. In a small bowl, combine sour cream and extracts. Add to pear mixture and mix well. Pour into pie shell. In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over pear filling in pie shell. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and continue to bake for additional 45 minutes or until pears are tender.
