Party Food Recipes - Appetizers

INGREDIENTS
1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/4 C. mayonnaise
2 C. ground cooked ham
2 T. chopped parsley
1 t. minced onion
1/4 t. dry mustard
1/4 t. hot pepper sauce
1/2 C. chopped peanuts or pistachio nuts |

DIRECTIONS |

Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in ham, parsley, onion, mustard and pepper sauce.
Cover and chill several hours. Form mixture into ball. Roll cheese ball in nuts to coat. Serve with crackers. |
