INGREDIENTS
1 pkg yellow cake mix 1 medium very ripe banana, mashed 1 container whipped topping 4 kiwis, sliced 1 starfruit, sliced 1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained 1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut |

DIRECTIONS |
|
Mix cake according to package directions. Add banana and mix well. Bake in 2 round cake pans according to package directions. Allow cake to cool completely. Divide whipped topping in half. Fold coconut and pineapple into one half. Then use as the filling between the two cakes. Spread the top of cake with remaining whipped topping. Arrange kiwi and starfruit in a decorative pattern on top.
